A hard-working and enthusiastic orthodontist specialist from Brazil, qualified as a dentist in England by ORE exams in 2008 working in London. Highly experienced in orthodontic treatments such as self – ligating braces, clear braces, conventional brace s- edgewise, rickets, Roth an MBT technics – more than 20 years’ experience in Orthodontics both in England and Brazil for the past 20 years. Also experienced in doing general dentistry – restorative, basic periodontal treatment and aesthetic dentistry.

Dr Sarah Hepburn

Dr Sarah Hepburn qualified as a dentist from St Bartholomews and The Royal London Hospital. She gained both her first masters and specialist exams in Orthodontics from the Eastman Dental Hospital, London. She gained her second Masters of Science Degree in Lingual Orthodontics at the Medical Hospital in Hanover, Germany. She is the first person in the United Kingdom with this high level of qualification in Lingual Orthodontics.

 

Sarah was a Key opinion leader for 3M and is now the Key Opinion speaker for WIN, the next generation of customized Lingual Appliances. Her role in the company is to teach other Specialist Orthodontists to learn more about lingual treatment. Sarah lectures regionally, nationally and internationally. She is an active member of the European Society of Lingual orthodontics (ESLO) and was secretary of ESLO 2008-2010 and was secretary of the British Lingual Orthodontic Society (BLOS) from 2011-2013.

Dr Jilpa Patel

Jilpa is a Specialist in Orthodontics. She carries out a range of orthodontic treatment for children and adults. She trained at the Eastman Dental Institute and has been working in specialist practice since 2007.

Her hobbies include dancing and traveling.

Dr. Vittorio Cacciafesta

Dr. Vittorio Cacciafesta received his dental training at the University of Naples “Federico II”, Italy. From July 1995 until August 1996 he was a Research Fellow at the Department of Orthodontics, Humboldt-University of Berlin, Germany. From September 1996 until August 1999 he was Orthodontic Resident at the Department of Orthodontics, Royal Dental College, Aarhus University, Denmark, where he received the Specialty and Master of Science in Orthodontics. He is “Dottore di Ricerca” (Research Doctorate) in Biotechnology of Dental Materials. From 1999 to 2009 he was Assistant Clinical Professor at the Department of Orthodontics, University of Pavia, Italy. From 1999 until 2002 he was Visiting Professor at the Department of Orthodontics, Aarhus University, Denmark, and Visiting Professor at Temple University, Philadelphia, USA.

He was the President of ESLO (European Society of Lingual Orthodontics) for the years 2012-14.

He is certified in Invisalign, Incognito and Win, and performs all the available lingual techniques.

His main clinical interests are treating children and adults with conventional braces as well as lingual and invisible orthodontics, orthodontic treatment of adults with compromised periodontium and surgical-orthodontic treatments.

Shelley gained her NVQ Level 3 in Dental Nursing 2008; Certificate in Dental Radiography 2010; and in 2011 achieved her Certificate in Orthodontic Nursing. Shelley successfully completed her Certificate in Orthodontic Therapy from the University of Central Lancashire and obtained her prestigious Diploma in Orthodontic Therapy from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2013.

I have been a receptionist since 1996 and love every minute! I really enjoy meeting, chatting and helping people, hopefully making them feel at ease with their forthcoming visit to our happy and friendly orthodontic practice. I have four grown-up children and 9 grandchildren making me very aware of the needs of both patients and parents. I always have time to answer any questions that patients or parents may have. Claire qualified as a Dental nurse in 2008, gaining a Merit in her NEBDN examination. She went on to achieve her certificate in Dental Radiography and is currently working towards her certificate in Orthodontic nursing. Claire has a very keen interest in Orthodontics and looks forward to furthering her career in dentistry. Claire is very approachable, friendly, and always tries her best to ensure patients are comfortable. In her spare time, Claire likes to spend time with her family and friends as well as looking after her dogs.

Ramona Voiculescu

Ramona is a qualified dental nurse who loves working in a busy practice helping the clinician to ensure patients receive the best care. Ramona has qualified in dental radiography and currently enrolled on the orthodontic nursing qualification. In her spare time, She loves travelling and spending time with her friends.

Gillian Rowney

 

Gill has been a dental nurse since the early 1990’s. Gill enjoys dentistry especially meeting new people every day and helping put them at ease during there time at the practice with her friendly and helpful personality. She is now working in the administration side of the practice In her spare time Gill likes to socialise with her friends and family.

Emma Bailey

 

Emma is our Trainee dental nurse working towards her GNVQ in dental nursing, she has found her career in dentistry and very devoted to learning and further her career. Emma is very organised and loves to help others. In her own time, Emma spends time with her family.
