Dr Sarah Hepburn qualified as a dentist from St Bartholomews and The Royal London Hospital. She gained both her first masters and specialist exams in Orthodontics from the Eastman Dental Hospital, London. She gained her second Masters of Science Degree in Lingual Orthodontics at the Medical Hospital in Hanover, Germany. She is the first person in the United Kingdom with this high level of qualification in Lingual Orthodontics.
Sarah was a Key opinion leader for 3M and is now the Key Opinion speaker for WIN, the next generation of customized Lingual Appliances. Her role in the company is to teach other Specialist Orthodontists to learn more about lingual treatment. Sarah lectures regionally, nationally and internationally. She is an active member of the European Society of Lingual orthodontics (ESLO) and was secretary of ESLO 2008-2010 and was secretary of the British Lingual Orthodontic Society (BLOS) from 2011-2013.

Dr. Vittorio Cacciafesta received his dental training at the University of Naples “Federico II”, Italy. From July 1995 until August 1996 he was a Research Fellow at the Department of Orthodontics, Humboldt-University of Berlin, Germany. From September 1996 until August 1999 he was Orthodontic Resident at the Department of Orthodontics, Royal Dental College, Aarhus University, Denmark, where he received the Specialty and Master of Science in Orthodontics. He is “Dottore di Ricerca” (Research Doctorate) in Biotechnology of Dental Materials. From 1999 to 2009 he was Assistant Clinical Professor at the Department of Orthodontics, University of Pavia, Italy. From 1999 until 2002 he was Visiting Professor at the Department of Orthodontics, Aarhus University, Denmark, and Visiting Professor at Temple University, Philadelphia, USA.
He was the President of ESLO (European Society of Lingual Orthodontics) for the years 2012-14.
He is certified in Invisalign, Incognito and Win, and performs all the available lingual techniques.
His main clinical interests are treating children and adults with conventional braces as well as lingual and invisible orthodontics, orthodontic treatment of adults with compromised periodontium and surgical-orthodontic treatments.

Veronika is an enthusiastic and caring dentist who gained her diploma from Masaryk University, Czech Republic. Qualified in 2013 and worked as a general dentist for a few years but since working in London she has gained experience with various orthodontic appliances such as traditional, self-ligating, clear and ceramic braces, treating both adults and children. She is now working toward being a dentist with a specialist interest in orthodontics.
I have been a receptionist since 1996 and love every minute! I really enjoy meeting, chatting and helping people, hopefully making them feel at ease with their forthcoming visit to our happy and friendly orthodontic practice. I have four grown-up children and 9 grandchildren making me very aware of the needs of both patients and parents. I always have time to answer any questions that patients or parents may have. Ramona is a qualified dental nurse who loves working in a busy practice helping the clinician to ensure patients receive the best care. Ramona has qualified in dental radiography and currently enrolled on the orthodontic nursing qualification. In her spare time, She loves travelling and spending time with her friends.
Sophie qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2017 and went on to gain experience in orthodontics and her Radiography qualification. Sophie is fun-loving and friendly and enjoys working in a busy practice.
In her spare time she plays hockey and netball for a local team and loves spending time with her friends.
Gill has been a dental nurse since the early 1990’s. Gill enjoys dentistry especially meeting new people every day and helping put them at ease during there time at the practice with her friendly and helpful personality. She is now working in the administration side of the practice In her spare time Gill likes to socialise with her friends and family.
Emma is our Trainee dental nurse working towards her GNVQ in dental nursing, she has found her career in dentistry and very devoted to learning and further her career. Emma is very organised and loves to help others. In her own time, Emma spends time with her family.
Natalie is one of our Trainee dental nurses working towards her NEBDN in dental nursing and furthering her career in orthodontic nursing. She has previous experience in dentistry, when she started her career abroad (Portugal) and found that she enjoys assisting the dentist with treatments as a dental nurse. She is a friendly, helpful and caring person. She likes everything very organized, clear and simple. She enjoys meeting and speaking to patient’s helping them to relax and be more at ease when having their treatment. Her favourite moments will always be seeing the reactions of patient’s when they take off their braces and how happy patient’s are when they finished their treatment, smiling again with confidence.
Natalie in her spare time likes to spend time with her son, socialise with friends and discover new recipes and places.
